  • Deliberation on major matters concerning the development of the Hub City of Asian Culture
  • Matters relating to the basic direction and institutional framework for the development of the Hub City of Asian Culture
  • Matters relating to the establishment and modification of the comprehensive plan
  • Matters relating to the fostering of human resources and international cooperation necessary for the development of the Hub City of Asian Culture
  • Matters relating to the construction and operation of important facilities necessary for the development of the Hub City of Asian Culture
  • Matters relating to the financing of required resources and the examination and evaluation of progress
  • Matters relating to cooperation and support among relevant ministries, agencies, and sectors for the development of the Hub City of Asian Culture
  • Matters relating to the designation of Investment Promotion Zones under Article 16 and the cancellation of such designations under Article 17
  • Other matters referred by the Chairperson as necessary for deliberation
